Shipping Time & Shipping Options

Plusnchic processes all orders using the G4S Courier Service.

To guarantee your order's availability, invoices must be paid within 24 hours. All orders are processed within a 24 to 72 hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.  You will receive an email with your order's Tracking Number.

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF  DELIVERY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from plusnchic.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping is 1 to 3 Business Days
If within Kenya, your order should be received within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has left our boutique, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with G4S. 

International Shipping
International Express Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days

International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days

You're responsible for all customs and duties fees.
Plusnchic cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.

Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

Unverifiable Addresses
Should we have problems verifying your address using the G4S tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that the G4S uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct postal code and town.    

SOMETHING WRONG? 
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 1 day at talktous@plusnchic.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

Refused Packages

If your package refused or return  from G4S; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. Plusnchic Boutique does not issue refunds. 

Lost Packages 

Plusnchic is not responsible for lost packages due to G4S error. Plusnchic does not issue refunds.
